Building Inspections Completed

Once you have decided to start a brick-and-mortar business you must do your due diligence to obtain the proper building inspections. Setting aside enough funds for this cost protects you from taking ownership of repairs that should not be yours to make.
Similarly, to get a new house inspected for purchase, you should do the same thing for a business. The only difference is that you get the business inspection after you agree to the lease. For a retail restaurant like this store, you need someone to inspect the plumbing, as well as the Heating Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) inspection. In transferring the property into your business name, you will need to have the municipality conduct their inspection also. When I reached out for the electrical inspection, I was told that would come after the space had been completed.
I praise God for leading me in the right direction. My inspectors found a few things that would become my responsibility to fix. The landlord is having his specialists review the list to make the needed adjustments.
